How it works

The payload follows the BR Code specification from Banco Central do Brasil: EMV fields for the key, merchant name and city, optional amount and identifier, closed by a CRC16 checksum.

Everything is assembled in your browser. Always test with a small payment before sharing a code, and check that your bank shows the expected name.
