JSON Formatter
Format, validate and minify JSON in your browser. Pretty-print with your choice of indentation or compact it to one line.
- Local calculation
- The result is calculated in your browser.
- Private by default
- Nothing you enter leaves your browser.
How it works
Your text is parsed with the browser's built-in JSON parser. If it is valid, it is printed back with consistent indentation, or with no whitespace at all when you minify it.
When parsing fails, the parser's error message is shown so you can find the problem. Nothing you paste is uploaded or stored.
